Homes in an apartment block share a land parcel. You share media control with the other residents in the block. Also you can "see" other residents. Most aprtments are outside "chat" range but may be inside "shout" range. Get to know your neighbors. As usuall harrassment is NOT tolerated and is grounds for eviction without a refund.
If apartment block living isn't for you, we have many other standalone skyhomes and apartments, often of the same design albeit at a slightly higher rent. We can transfer you to another home at no cost, transferring the balance of your rental to the new home pro-rated for the new rent
